As part of the 7th Ayurveda day Celebration, On the theme ” Har Din Har Ghar Ayurveda” the Department of Dravyaguna and Rasashastra organized ‘Ayurveda food festival’ between the Ayurveda undergraduates of Dayanand Ayurvedic Medical college and hospital, Siwan Bihar. A total of 25 students actively participated in this competition. The recipe was accepted which is described in Ayurvedic classical text or slightly modified according to its nutritional benefits.
